Tom publishes his greatest work yet!

Congrats to Tom Tranter, a post-doc in our group, for his latest publication in Transport in Porous Media.  This work models invasion and withdrawal of water in neutrally wettable fibrous media.  These materials act unlike typical porous materials and display some seriously funky capillary pressure behavior.  Tom’s model captured the full range of this behavior by incorporating several sophisticated pore scale models to account for the unusual menisci behavior, such as bridging pore bodies and coalescing.
